All the information you need to be an exhibitor or professional visitor.
If you wish to participate as an exhibitor in one of the halls or events of IFA, you should contact us by calling +34 96 665 76 00. Or sending us an email to comercial@ifavirtual.com.
In addition, you can locate the online information by selecting the room of your interest within the Fairs section, where you can access to all the information relared with the contest besides the corresponding space request contract, which you can send us once you have completed it.
Straightaway, once you have allocated the space you have contracted, we will send you the forms for contracting services that you will need to be able to participate in the contest (electrical contracting, furniture, telephone, internet, …).
If you have been an exhibitor in previous editions, you have the right to have the space chosen in the last edition with a deadline set for each event.
As profesional visitor
To access to professional fairs, as a professional visitor, you can apply for the credential in the credentials section of the visitors section, on this same website, or request it at the reception desk at the fair when you come to visit it. The credential must be filled with your professions data and those of your company and delivered together with a business card at the hostess desk, next to access to the fair.
